A Letter from our Principal Jeri Michie

Welcome to Gateway Academy, an educational ministry of Destiny Worship Center. Pastor Steve Vaggalis, the Gateway Academy Advisory Board, and Faculty are honored that you have chosen to consider our Christian school to educate and train your child.

We consider it a privilege and Godly responsibility to provide a well balanced Biblical learning environment for your child. Our curriculum is comprised of A Beka, Saxon Mathemathics. In addition, our studies at Gateway Academy include study of the Bible and scripture memorization, as well as careful attention to the fine arts which include visual arts, music, and languages such as Spanish.

Our purpose is to create a safe, loving, and disciplined environment where your child is able to learn, play, and develop lasting relationships. We hope to partner with you as parents, to uncover the gifts and talents which God has given your child, and to help them to become a light and Godly example in the community in which they live.
Please enjoy learning more about our early childhood Christian school. We invite you to call the school office at 850-654-9095 to arrange for an appointment to take a tour of our school, meet the faculty and staff, observe the children learning in the classrooms, and hear about what God has planned for our future. We are very pleased to inform you that we are adding 5th grade to our school this coming Fall.
