Instrumentalists and Vocalists

We recognize there are many people at Destiny who have been given a gifting in worship and have a desire to use it to encourage our congregation. This part of our ministry is called “Platform Ministry” and it includes vocalists and instrumentalists that are involved with a weekend, mid-week worship team, or special service.

An evaluation is required for those desiring to be part of any of our platform ministry. There are three prerequisites:

A Member of Destiny Worship Center

Engagement in the Destiny Growth Track

Attendance at an evaluation meeting with Worship Arts Staff

Seasonal Choir

At Destiny we also offer a “Seasonal Choir” that focuses it’s skill, energy and musical abilities on the seasonal services that we have at our church. The “Seasonal Choir” sings at our Annual Good Friday and Christmas Eve services as well as other special services throughout the year such as our quarterly Nights of Worship. The seasonal rehearsal and performance schedule varies and is updated quarterly. Our next seasonal launch is October 20. Please see the schedule below for other important times and dates.
